How is room capacity counted?
Your price follows the room capacity you subscribe to, not how many rooms are cleaned on a given day. The Independent Hotel plan includes a hotel's first 100 rooms and adds a monthly price for each room above that. Central Management includes 500 rooms shared across 5 properties. Each additional property adds 100 rooms to that shared capacity, and rooms above it are priced individually.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is available on request for the Independent Hotel plan. You pay for the year upfront and save 15% on both the base price and additional rooms. Ask through the demo form and we'll set it up for you. Central Management is billed monthly only.
Who qualifies for Central Management?
Central Management is for organisations that run housekeeping centrally across several properties: one contract, one payer, housekeeping managed by a central team, and first-line support from that team. The number of properties alone doesn't decide it. We confirm the setup with you before the plan starts.
We run 2 to 4 properties. Does Central Management apply?
It can. If your properties meet the Central Management conditions, the same minimum price applies as for 5 properties. Book a demo and we'll confirm your setup and set up the plan with you.
Are taxes included?
No. All prices exclude VAT and other applicable sales taxes, which are added according to your billing country.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Each hotel gets its own 30-day trial on its real data, and no credit card is required to start. If you add a payment method during your trial, your paid subscription will start automatically when the trial ends and you'll be charged. Without a payment method, you won't be charged, and access ends with the trial. There is no free plan.
Why do prices differ between the EU, USA, Canada and the UK?
Each market has its own fixed price list in its own currency. We don't convert prices with daily exchange rates, and the language you read this page in doesn't change the currency. Choose your market above to see its prices.
