Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-23

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the processing of your personal data and consent to the use of your personal data as described herein.

This Privacy Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data shared by users/members/visitors ("Data Subject") of the website www.arpclean.com ("Site")/Mobile application, operated by ARPCLEAN, or generated by ARPCLEANduring the Data Subject's use of the Site.

What Personal Data Do We Process?

Personal data processed by ARPCLEAN is categorized below in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law). Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the term "personal data" as used in this Privacy Policy will include the following information:

  • Identity and Contact Information: name, surname, phone number, address, workplace information, email address
  • User Information, User Transaction Information, and Financial Information: membership information, membership ID number, dates and times you used ARPCLEAN services, reasons for contacting ARPCLEAN or Live Support, search terms and filter preferences used on the Site, your ratings and comments, service preferences, visited categories, errors occurring during use, billing and payment information, balance information

It is sent to us by email and never reaches the analytics system.
  • Request/Complaint Management Information: your requests and complaints made through the Site, and comments shared on the Site
  • Risk Management Information: IP address

What is the Purpose of Processing Your Data?

The personal data you share with ARPCLEAN may be processed to allow you to benefit from the services provided through the Site and Mobile application, to complete your membership registration on the Site, to make updates related to your membership registration, to improve the services provided by ARPCLEAN, to introduce new services, to conduct commercial activities, to determine and implement business strategies, to ensure the legal and commercial security of ARPCLEAN and the persons in business relationships with ARPCLEAN, and to fulfill obligations arising from the nature of these activities.

Such personal information may also be used to contact you or to improve your experience on the Site or Mobile application (e.g., managing the communication process, conducting satisfaction surveys). Additionally, it may be used for internal reporting and business development activities, to perform statistical evaluations, create databases, or conduct market research without revealing your identity.

ARPCLEAN may process and share your personal data with third parties without obtaining your explicit consent, as permitted by the Law, in the following cases:

  • If processing is explicitly required by law
  • If it is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to provide consent due to physical incapacity
  • If processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract between the Data Subject and ARPCLEAN
  • If processing is necessary for ARPCLEAN to fulfill its legal obligations
  • If the Data Subject has made the data public
  • If processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right
  • If processing is necessary for ARPCLEAN's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm the Data Subject's fundamental rights and freedoms

Who Can Access Your Data?

ARPCLEAN may share your personal data and new data obtained using this personal data with third-party service providers, business partners, and authorized public institutions for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

Your personal data shared with ARPCLEAN will be retained for the period required for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and for the statute of limitations stipulated in relevant laws. Additionally, your personal data may be retained in case of any legal disputes between you and ARPCLEAN, limited to the extent necessary for defense purposes.

How Do We Ensure the Security of Your Data?

ARPCLEAN takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data, preventing unlawful access and processing, and safeguarding the storage of personal data in compliance with the law.

Website Analytics

To understand how this website is used, we run Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves at stats.arpclean.com on our own EU infrastructure. No visit data is sent to Google Analytics or to any comparable third-party advertising or analytics network.

Umami sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. It reads exactly one value from your browser — the umami.disabled opt-out flag described below — and nothing else. You are not given a persistent identifier and cannot be followed from this website to any other one.

For each page view we record the page address and title, the referring address, your browser, operating system, device type and screen size, the language your browser reports, and the country the request came from. Your IP address is used only in transit, to derive that country and a visitor hash that is regenerated daily; it is not stored in the analytics database. We use the result solely to see which pages and which marketing channels bring people to us.

Alongside page views we count a small number of interactions, so that we can tell which parts of a page are used rather than merely which pages are opened. These are: which button leading to our application was pressed and where on the page it sits; which pricing plan was chosen and whether the annual or the monthly rate was asked for; which product video was started and whether it was actually watched; which question in a list of frequently asked questions was opened; which language was switched to; which step of the interactive product tour was reached; how far down a page was read and roughly how long it stayed open; whether a contact message was sent successfully or failed; and which addresses ended up on our "page not found" screen. They are counted exactly as page views are: attached to the visit, never to a person, and never containing anything you type. Nothing you enter in the contact form reaches the analytics system.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of our own website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because the measurement stores no information on your device and accesses none already stored there apart from your own opt-out setting, it does not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG. It is therefore not part of the cookie banner.

How to opt out. We honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting: if it is enabled, nothing is recorded. You can also switch measurement off permanently for this site by opening your browser's developer console on arpclean.com and running localStorage.setItem('umami.disabled', 1). Any content blocker that blocks stats.arpclean.com has the same effect.

Cookie Policy

ARPCLEAN uses cookies to help you make the most of our websites and improve your user experience. If you prefer not to use cookies, you can delete or block them through your browser settings. However, this may affect your use of our websites.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to comply with changing conditions and legislation.
